We offer SingPost Tracked Letterbox shipping for all orders within Singapore.

• Domestic Shipping (Singapore):

  • Free shipping for orders over SGD $50.

  • A flat rate of SGD $2 applies for orders under SGD $50.

  • We will not be held responsible for lost or undelivered parcels once the item has been handed to our courier partner.

• International Shipping:

  • For overseas orders, please email us at contact@parbelleshop.com with your desired item(s) and shipping location for a custom quote.

  • Buyers are responsible for any taxes, import duties, or customs charges imposed by the destination country.

  • We will not be held responsible for lost or undelivered parcels once the item has been handed to our courier partner.

Returns & Exchanges

We take great pride in our handcrafted products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at contact@parbelleshop.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we will assist you promptly.

Return Eligibility: To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.
